- We don't want venture capital funds on a board; maximizing profits is incompatible. We depend on a foundation and on the success of ILPs, which are financially compensated by the State if they get the necessary signatures.

- We pivot and learn just like in a startup. Although we don't have that cringe culture, we do have the ChatGPT business plan.

Sustainability
The State compensates €340,000 for each ILP that obtains the necessary signatures, regardless of their vote. We will recover the part of the contracted services.

Wikizens, the signature collection platform for the ILP Extraordinary Regularization of Foreigners, is created.

Boreal was born as a social network that encourages critical thinking with the objective of finding solutions to specific problems in society.
2022
Wikizens brings together 16,000 registered people and 900 organizations with the objective of collecting the necessary 500,000 signatures.
2022
Boreal pivots and experiments with a Glovo-like delivery system to overcome the challenges of collecting signatures in initiatives in the U.S.
2023
Boreal is reactivated in Spain, meets Wikizens and both platforms align their visions.
2024
Boreal and Wikizens merge under the name of Boreal, formalizing their constitution and the creation of their digital platform.
2021

Wikizens registers 16,000 people and 900 organizations with the goal of collecting the necessary 500,000 signatures.

The ILP Regularization collects +700,000 signatures in 12 months, thanks in large part to the Wikizens signature registration and tracking system.

The ILP is approved by an absolute majority in Congress, becoming the first ILP in history to be voted by both major parties.

Wikizens is renamed Boreal, with the objective of being a platform that welcomes any ILP
